Marrakech Cooking class in a beautiful Authantic riad form 16 century in Marrakech medina. Our trained chef Khadija has over 30 years’ experience of cooking Moroccan dishes . You’ll learn to cook a variety of tasty recipes such as pastilla, tagine and couscous. You will also experience a local market as we shop for ingredients as well as sampling our own product for lunch!

10:00 Arrive Marrakech Cooking Class tea then begin cooking workshop
14:00 Lunch time! Eat whatever you’ve cooked with a glass of local wine
1600 Transfer back to your riad or hotel
This Moroccan gastronomic experience begins with pick up from your hotel at 9.30 am and you head to Riad. Once in Riad, you will be welcomed with Moroccan tea and cake.
After this you will meet your chef who is going to give you an introduction about different local spices, ingredients and cooking techniques. Next, each one will take her/his place to start the course with preparation of baking bread, and then to cook the first authentic Tagine made of chicken, lemon, olives and other ingredients.
Second vegetarian tagine which will be subject to an enjoyable competition between participants. While you are waiting for the main meal to be ready, you will make delicious Moroccan salads and dessert.
After finishing the cooking lesson, enjoy eating what you have cooked and take some memorable photos with cooking team and chef. Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Marrakech Cooking Classes operate daily (except in Ramadan) and must be booked in advance.
If you’d like to swim (cold water pool) please bring a swimming costume. Towels are provided. Bring sun cream and a sunhat too.
